The two-time NBA MVP finished with 27 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds for the Nuggets, who waited 47 years to make the finals and didn’t disappoint.
Denver have overpowered the Miami Heat in Game 1. Of course the altitude of the city and the fact that the Heat played game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals barely two days ago is starting to show. Remember, Denver strode into the NBA Finals with a four-game sweep of the Lakers and are well rested.
